Community Resource Referrals

When you come to Hope Resource Center for a pregnancy test, STD testing, or a Well Woman Exam, you’ll see one of our registered nurses or nurse practitioners, but we also know that each patient has different needs at different times in her life, and your needs may be beyond what we provide at HOPE. So if you need a mammogram, are struggling with addiction, or recovering from a past abortion we want to make sure you get connected to the resources in our community that can help you.

Some of those could include:

  • primary care or specialty care providers, such as OB/GYN’s
  • government agencies
  • health insurance and initiating the Tenncare application process
  • material assistance
  • housing
  • financial and educational support
  • mental health providers
  • parenting class programs
  • adoption resources
  • legal aid
  • domestic violence services
  • abortion recovery and support
  • spiritual organizations and places of worship
  • drug rehab programs
  • recovery support organizations.

No matter what your needs are at the time of your visit to Hope Resource Center, our ultimate goal is caring for you. So if we can’t help you directly, we’ll find someone who can.
